If agreed upon, a demonstrably incurred loss of rental income is insured, including any ongoing ancillary rental costs.
Insurance at original value
The insurance covers the new construction value of your floating homes/houseboat typical to the area, including ancillary costs. Insurance coverage is automatically adjusted each year according to developments in construction costs.
Trading new for old
Has your floating home/houseboat been damaged, and needs new parts for repair? Pantaenius will settle partial claims without a deduction of current value up to the amount of the insured sum.

NO DEDUCTIBLE
The deductible agreed upon does not apply damages caused by total loss, or expenses such as salvage costs.
NO OBJECTION OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE
The objection of gross negligence is waived in the case of claims with a total loss amount of up to EUR 10,000.
PROTECTION AGAINST HOUSEHOLD UNDERINSURANCE
If the insured sum has been determined by square metres of living space, Pantaenius offers a waiver of underinsurance.
SALVAGE? NO PROBLEM!
In the event of salvage or wreck removal, the costs will be borne without any limitation of sums and deductibles.
